This report is about the teacher in varying cross-disciplinary settings. The aim is to gain insight into the competencies of the teacher as disciplines meet, and he or she works together with others to make meaningful connections. Together, the articles in this publication show a broad field of development for teachers in the arts. That they are both about young talents and about their teachers reflects the diversity of the concept of lifelong learning, but it also shows how fields are interconnected.
